Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PromptGen (“the Service”), operated by Digital Nebula AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PromptGen. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at director@digitalnebula.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
  • Publish marketplace configs that contain malicious, offensive, or infringing content
  • Use the Service to generate configs intended to harm or deceive others
  • Share account credentials or resell access

5. Your content

You own the configs you create. By publishing a config to the Marketplace, you grant Digital Nebula AI and other users a non-exclusive license to view, copy, and use that config. You can unpublish a config at any time.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page — your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us within 7 days of a charge.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Nebula AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
