1. Who we are

PromptGen is operated by Digital Nebula AI. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at director@digitalnebula.net.

2. What we collect

• Account data: email address, name (when you sign up via magic link or GitHub OAuth)
• Usage data: configs you generate and save, wizard inputs, version history
• Billing data: managed by Stripe — we never store card details
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via Sentry for error tracking)

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the PromptGen service
• To send transactional emails (account verification, receipts)
• To monitor errors and performance via Sentry
• To process payments via Stripe

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Your configs

Configs you create are private by default. They are only made public if you explicitly publish them to the Marketplace. You can delete your configs at any time from the Configs page.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days except where required by law (e.g. billing records).

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (next-auth.session-token) for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

7. Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Sentry — error tracking (anonymized where possible)
• Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure
• Neon — database hosting (data stored in EU region)

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at director@digitalnebula.net.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the site.
